1) Compatible pour Seat Disassembly：

• To confirm whether or not all the powers are closed in the vehicle.
• According to the type of installation, dismantle the auto compatible pour seat separately and move to out of the vehicle.
• Don’t damage the compatible pour seat and all the parts.
• Raise the cover of auto compatible pour seat and back, record the order and keep the components.

2) Structure of Carbon Fibre Heater：

Structure of carbon fibre heater has harness, which is
connected to sensor and the electrode belt on both sides of
heater. This is the heating area between two electrode tapes,
current through the carbon fiber thread heat

3) Confirm Position:

Firstly, confirm laying position of compatible pour seat heater and metal frame position.

Attention of cutting compatible pour seat heater.

• Sensor of compatible pour seat heater not be installed in a recessed area. Cut of metal frame and sensor dimension are 30mm above.
• Cut 180mm×20mm hole.
•  There will be about 18mm of free space between hole and electrode
•  Do not damage electrode. Except special situation.

• wiring harness. Do not cut between hole and wiring harness. Cutting
• length can not exceed 1/3 of the whole. Insulate with black adhesive tape.

4) Disposal Method of compatible pour Seat Heater

• Insulation disposal on compatible pour edge of compatible pour seat heater.
• Join with electrode.
• Put the compatible pour seat heater in the compatible pour seat foam.

5) Metal Frame disposal
Insulate the metal frame.

• Cutting webbing of metal frame is the same long as hole length.
• Put insulating metal frame in webbing.

6） Lay the compatible pour Seat Heater

• Remove the covering paper and thoroughly glue the element on top of the foam beginning with the already glued front end. The wiring harness can be run at a convenient position below the compatible pour seat.
• Connect it and main wiring harness.
• Drape is not permitted when lay the compatible pour seat heater.

7）Recover

• Fix it with hog-rings.
• Re-attaching the cover, according to disassembly order to install compatible pour seat. Finish the compatible pour seat heater installation.

• Never cut along electrode length direction in heating area
• Never directly touch the compatible pour seat heater with hog rings.
• Never damage two sides electrode tape in heating area.

• Never joint the other supply into the compatible pour seat heating system.
• Never sprinkle electric liquid on the compatible pour seat.
• Never put hot and sharp articles on electrifying compatible pour seat.
• Never run the compatible pour seat heater without running the engine, it can cause to strain the battery.
• Cars fitted with side airbags have to be treated carefully, if cause airbags to erupt, our company will not undertake the responsibility.
